We are delighted to announce that admissions are now open for the Master of Health Care Management (MHCM) program at National Open College, the first college in South Asia for healthcare management (MHCM, PGDHCM & BHCM) since 2000 A.D. This year, we celebrate 25 years of excellence in providing quality education and training in the field of health care management. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a degree in Health Sciences, such as MBBS, BN (Nursing), BMLT, BPH, BHCM, or PGDHCM with a minimum of 2.00 CGPA or second-division and above.
Application Procedure
- Application Fee: The application fee is Rs.2500.
- Form Submission:
- Online: Visit noc.edu.np/online to fill out the application form. Payment should be made through online platforms such as e-sewa, e-banking, fone-pay, etc. If you visit the college, we have the QR code ready for you. If not, please use these details for payment (Bank Name: Nabil Bank, Account Name: National Open College Pvt. Ltd, Account Number: 0801013044801). Please email the payment receipt with a subject headed MHCM Applicant to [email protected].
- In-Person: Applicants who complete the online application must fill out the form in person at the college on August 17, 7:00 AM
- Upon completing the payment, we will provide past papers to help you prepare effectively for the entrance examination. We encourage all applicants to take advantage of these resources.

Applicants must submit the following notarized documents by a Notary Public:
- Two recent passport-sized photographs
- SEE/Grade 10 Marksheet and Character Certificate
- Grade 12 /NEB/Equivalent Degree Transcript, & Character Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree Transcript, Character Certificate
- Original Migration (Bachelor’s Degree)
- Citizenship Certificate
